All items are shipped with Deutsche Post, could be also DHL.
I ship your order only when the payment is received or cleared via paypal. Shipping days are Monday and Friday. Over weekend orders are shipped on Monday. If you need me to ship it faster just let me know in the message to seller and I will gladly do so.
If an item is not delivered to you, please contact me about it - so we will discuss the possible solution (either refund or I will send the same or similar item). The refund would be only the price you paid for an item, not shipping costs.
If you require tracked shipping - contact me and I will tell you aboutadditional costs.
I use recycled materials in my packages.
!! Please note, that I use shipping address that is stated in you paypal. If you want me to send it to a different address you need to state it in your 'message to the seller' at the checkout.
Outside of the Eropean Union it usually takes more than a week for them to get to you, could be even 2(Sometimes longer, sometimes less), in very rare cases 3-4 (due to customs).
Please contact me about any problems or questions within 3 weeks. If I don't hear anything from you within this period I assume that everything is alright and will not accept the return later.

If you want me to reserve an item for you - this is not a problem, just let me know (convo). I will keep the tag 'reserved' for 4 days from the moment you contacted me about reservation. After that period if the item is not purchased, the tag will be removed.
